富氧燃烧在冷凝式燃气锅炉中应用的节能分析

摘    要:富氧燃烧是一项节能高效的燃烧技术,应用于冷凝式燃气锅炉时,不但能够减少助燃空气量,而且大大提高排烟中的水蒸气含量,提高烟气露点温度,有利于回收烟气中的汽化潜热。经过理论计算,采用富氧燃烧后,排烟量大大减少,水蒸气的冷凝率可以提高到90%以上,排烟热损失能够减小到2%以下。

Abstract:Oxygen-enhanced combustion is a high efficient burning technology. When it is applied in condensing gas-fired boiler, it is not only reducing the combustion-supporting air, but also greatly increasing the content ofvapour in smoke and heightening the dew point. It is propitious to reclaim vaporization heat in the smoke. Through academic calculating, when the oxygen-enhanced combustion is adopt, the volume of the smoke is reduced greatly, the condensation rate of the vapour is increased upwards of 90% and the heat loss of the smoke are reduced below 2%.
