摘    要:使用毛细管流变仪研究了聚丙烯/尼龙11(PP/PA11)共混物的流变特性。实验结果表明,PP/PA11共混物为假塑性流体,在不同温度下,其非牛顿指数为0.4~0.6,其表观粘度随着增容剂含量的增加而先增加后减小,当增容剂质量分数为5%时,表观粘度达到最大值,增容剂的加入使体系的粘流活化能减小,熔体的流变性受温度的影响较小。

Abstract:The theological behaviour of PP/PA11 blends was studied by using rheometer. The results showed that PP/PA11 blends were pesudoplastic fluid, the non-Newtonian indexes were in the range of 0.4 - 0.6 at different temperatures and the apparent viscosity increased with the initial addition of compatibilizer and then decreased, when the content of compatibilizer was 5%, the apparent viscosity reached maximal value. Meanwhile, the addition of compatibilizer resulted in a reduction of the apparent viscous activation energy, which reflected that the influence of temperature on rheologicai behaviour was slight.
