火电厂高压蒸汽阀门泄漏的振动诊断

摘    要:通过对火电厂旁路系统高压蒸汽阀门在不同开度下阀体振动信号幅值变化的实测分析 ,探讨了利用振动测量定量诊断阀门泄漏的方法 ,分析了负荷变化、测量位置等因素对阀体振动的影响。研究表明 ,通过正确选择测量位置、设定参考基准 ,可以很好建立阀门泄漏与振动幅值之间的比例关系 ,实现阀门泄漏的定量诊断。

Abstract:Based on the practical measuring of vibration signal on a high pressure by pass valve by various opened grade,the method of quantitative analysis and diagnose of the leakage in the valve with vibration measurement was discussed, the influence of the measurement position and the load on the vibration was analyzed. It was shown that the quantitative relation between vibration amplitude and the leakgrade can be established by proper selection of measurement position and signal reference.
