摘    要:全面介绍了国家“十五”“863”计划重大科技专项子课题之一“重污染水体底泥环保疏浚与生态重建技术”,阐述了示范工程实施地点太湖五里湖的水环境污染和生态退化的问题以及课题研究与五里湖治理的技术路线,总结了子课题研究所取得的技术方法创新与关键技术创新,评价了环保疏浚示范工程、退渔还湖示范工程、生态重建示范的实施效果以及太湖五里湖示范工程实施前后的水质变化。

Abstract:This article comprehensively introduced the project of "environmental dredging and ecological restoration to high pollution surface water", which belongs to the national key research project of the tenth five-year plan("863" project). This article discussed the problem of the ecology degenerates and environmental pollution of Taihu-Wulihu Lake and the treatment method for it. And also, it summarized the innovation point of methods and the technology innovation of the project. At last, it appraised the effects of environmental dredging demonstration project, return the fishing pond to lake demonstration project and ecology reconstruction demonstration project, and it discussed the change of water quality of the Taihu-wulihu Lake around the project implementation.
