细长塑件翘曲分析及变形控制

摘    要:在模具设计之初,借助模流分析软件Moldflow对细长塑件在常规水路下的翘曲变形进行数值分析,找出了翘曲变形趋势和变形量。在此基础上,优化模具冷却水路,通过调节模温来控制细长塑件变形趋势和变形量。此法简单有效,避免了传统方法通过不断调机试模、修模来改善塑件翘曲的各种弊端。

Abstract:At the beginning of mould design, numerical analysis of thin and long plastics warpage under conventional cooling channels was carried out with Moldflow software. Thus warpage tendency and deformation amount was obtained. Based on the analytical results, cooling channels are optimized and then warpage tendency and deformation amount of thin and long plastics were controlled by adjust the mould temperature. The method is simple and effective, which avoids various disadvantages caused by constantly injection machine adjustment, tooling trial and modification in conventional methods to improve the plastics warpage.
