摘    要:针对330 MW发电机组电动给水泵效率低的问题,通过进行效率试验,并对测试结果综合分析,找出电动给水泵效率低的原因,提出了改进方案。改造结果表明:单台电动给水泵效率提高约1.48%,每年可节约厂用电约3.02 GW·h,节能效果显著。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of feedwater pump motor inefficiency in 330 MW power unit, by making efficiency test, comprehensively analyzes the testing results, finds out the reasons of feed- water pump motor inefficiency, puts forward improvement schemes. The improvement result shows that the efficiency of single feedwater pump motor is increased 1.48%, saves electric auxiliary system power about 3.02 (GW.h)/y, the energy saving effect is prominent.
