直接空冷凝汽器最佳背压的确定方法

摘    要:为了更好地提高直接空冷机组运行的经济性,以直接空冷凝汽器(空凝器)的冷端数学模型为基础,结合空冷风机的变工况运行规律,通过空冷风机风量与功率的近似关系,提出了空凝器最佳背压的数学模型,根据数学模型可从理论上得出空冷机组在不同影响因素下的最佳背压值,为直接空冷机组的运行提供参考。

Abstract:In order to improve the economic operation of direct air-coiled unit, based on the cold end of direct air-cooled condenser (air condenser) of the mathematical model, combined with the operation of the variable condition of air cooling fan, and through the approximate relationship between flow rate and power of air cooling fan, the mathematical model of air condenser optimal back-pressure is presented, and the optimum pressure value of air-coiled unit under different factors is obtained. It can provide some reference for the direct air-cooling unit operation.
