Pro/E在低压电器产品检验中的应用

摘    要:为了缩短电器产品的试验周期,提高检验效率,给企业提供高效的服务,文中引入专业三维造型软件Pro/E,用于提前完成产品安装工装的设计加工,以母线夹产品为例,依据产品规格及试验要求,利用Pro/E设计了该产品进行短路耐受试验所需的工装,并与母线夹产品进行了组装,与试验断口进行了模拟连接,最后在实际试验中验证了所设计工装的合理性和可靠性。

Abstract:In order to shorten the test period of electrical products, improve its testing efficiency and provide more efficient service for the enterprise, the professional 3D modeling software Pro/E was introduced in this paper, which was used to finish the designing and processing stage of product installing fixtures in advance. Taking bus-bar clamp product as an example, according to their specification and test requirements, all the fixtures needed in the short-circuit withstand test of the product were designed by Pro/E. Then, these fixtures were assembled with the product, and the assembly part was connected with the testing terminal. Finally, the rationality and reliability of the designed tools were verified in practical tests.
