摘    要:ABB公司研发的UNITROL 5000型数字式励磁系统被采用在景德镇发电厂的2台660 MW发电机组中,被发电厂作为最重要的电气设备而被加以研究和维护。简要介绍该型励磁系统组成原理及设备结构,并分析了几个励磁系统中出现的重大缺陷和故障案例,为提高今后发电厂励磁系统安全性及稳定性提供了有益的经验。

Abstract:UNITROL5000 digital excitation system developed by ABB was adopted in two 660 MW generating units of Jingdezhen Power Plant. It was studied and maintained as one of the most important electrical equipment by the Power Plant. The composition principles and device structure of the excitation system was briefly described by this article, several critical fault and failure cases of this excitation system was analyzed. Useful experience was provided to improve the security and stability of the excitation system in future .
