GCr15钢深冷处理工艺的研究

摘    要:对GCr15钢经常规淬火后进行不同时间、不同次数的深冷处理所引起的性能变化进行了研究。结果表明,硬度、抗弯强度对冲击韧性等深冷时间关系不大;在深冷时间不太长的范围内(2h左右)相对耐磨性随时间延长逐渐提高;两次深冷处理可使相对耐磨性等进一步增大,更多次深冷处理不起作用。

Abstract:The changes of mechanical properties of GCr15 steel caused by the supersubzero treatment under the conditions of different time and frequency after the conventional quenching and tempering was studied. The results show that the time of supersubzero treatment makes no difference to the bending strength,hardness and impact toughness of the steel. When the time of supersubzero treatment is not longer(approx. 2h ) .the relative wear resistance is gradually increased with the prolongating of can be further improved with double supersubzero treatment,and more times of supersubzero treatment do not act.
