摘    要:纳米二氧化钛薄膜是一种具有独特光催化特性的功能薄膜材料,在环境保护、抗菌自洁、表面防雾等领域有着广阔的应用前景.本文评述和分析TiO2光催化的作用机理、纳米TiO2光催化功能薄膜的各种制备方法,并展望了该类功能薄膜的应用前景.

Abstract:Nanometer titanium dioxide film is a functional film with unique photocatalytic properties. It has a broad application prospect in the fields of environmental protection, anti-microbe and self-cleaning, surface antifogging, etc. The review and analysis are made for the photocatalytic mechanism and the preparations of the nanometer TiO 2 film. The potential applications of the functional film are also prospected.
