旋振筛的运动分析和参数计算

旋回振动筛(简称旋振筛)装有上下两个偏心块,调节偏心块之间的夹角,可以改变筛机的运动规律,从而改变筛面上物料与筛面之间的相对运动,以适应不同物料筛分时的工艺要求。本文在对旋振筛进行运动分析的基础上提出旋振筛技术参数的确定方法。

Motion Analysis and Parameter Calculation of Vibrating Screen

Vibrating screen consists of a circular table upon which is assembled the screen cloth and its own motor is mounted vertically beneath the center of the screen.An ccentric weight is fashcncd to the motor shaft above the motor and an adjustable weight onto the shaft beneath the motor.By adjusting the position of the lower weight in relation to the upon one, the characteristics of the screening motion and the material distribution pattern can be altered to fit the character of the material being screened.This paper analyses the gyratory motion and dcscribs the parameters of the vibrating screen.
