摘    要:由于目前关于微小颗粒在微孔端面机械密封间隙流体中的分布规律的研究较少,所以基于连续介质模型,建立了圆形微孔端面机械密封间隙流体的固液两相流数值模型。根据计算结果,分析了密封间隙流体中颗粒的分布规律:从外径到内径,颗粒体积分数逐渐增大,而且每个微孔单元内的颗粒分布规律相似;液体在微孔内形成了涡流,颗粒在涡流中心区域大量聚集。最后,讨论了微孔几何参数对颗粒分布的影响:在不同转速下,微孔面积比、微孔深度的增大都能提高孔内区域的颗粒量。

Abstract:Micro particle distribution in the fluid of mechanical seal with micro-dimples is seldom studied.Based on the continuum model,a solid-liquid two-phase flow numerical simulation for mechanical seal with circular micro-dimples was developed.According to the calculation result,the distribution of particles in fluid was analyzed.The volume fraction of particles increases from the outer diameter to the inner diameter,and the distributions of particles in each unit are similar.The vortices are formed in the micro-dimples,and a large proportion of particles are gathered in the central area of the vortices.Moreover,the particle distribution at different geometric parameters were discussed.At different rotational speed,the amount of particles increases in the dimple area when the area ratio and the depth of dimple increase.
