摘    要:三缸发动机平衡轴系统中配有配重块和减振橡胶环的平衡减振齿轮是影响系统平衡性能的关键零件,为便于在保证加工精度的基础上控制平衡减振齿轮质量、转动惯量、不平衡量等平衡指标的变化,使其达到加工质量要求,介绍了平衡减振齿轮的结构特点,建立了平衡减振齿轮增重组件、减重组件及橡胶组件等结构的平衡指标通用计算模型;通过多指标正交试验...

Abstract:The balanced vibration reduction gear of balance shaft system for three cylinder engine is the key component to influence the balance performance of system.In order to meet the requirement of processing quality,balance indexes such as mass,moment of inertia and unbalance need to be controlled on the basis of ensuring machining accuracy.Based on introducing structure characteristics of balanced vibration reduction gear,general balance index calculation model for balanced vibration reduction gear with weight-increasing component,weight-losing component,rubber component are established.The key influencing factors of balancing elastic gears are determined by the orthogonal experimental design method and range difference analysis,which provides theoretical basis for follow-up parts design,manufacture and structure optimization.
