Abstract:The suspension magnet of the mid-low speed maglev train is the key component for the normal operation of the maglev train,and its working characteristics directly affects the accuracy and stability of the suspension control system.The static magnetic field of the levitation electromagnet of the mid-low speed maglev train is analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,and the accuracy of the finite element model is verified.According to the current situation existing in the operation of the suspension train,the transient magnetic field of the levitation electromagnet is analyzed to get the variation rule of levitation force,magnetic flux density and energy loss of levitation electromagnet when transient current changes.Then based on different transient current loading,the relationship between current ramp loading slope and levitation force,the relationship between current ramp loading slope and energy loss of electromagnet are analyzed.The results of this study provide reference for suspension control and energy saving design of maglev train.
