摘    要:面向神经网络的智能测量与加工一体化集成是多学科交叉和综合集成的先进制造技术。五维柔性框架式激光加工机器人系统使智能测量与激光加工一体化得以实现。文章通过神经网络的智能控制研究,从自适应测量所得到的离散点到数据智能化处理,并通过集成分析,对加工轨迹数据的生成进行了研究和加工面重构。为高精复杂产品实现智能测量与加工一体化集成指明了方向,成为一种高新技术迅速发展并构成多学科交叉的知识创新工程新领域。

Abstract:Intelligent measurement and machining facing neural network is an advanced manufacturing technology which interdisciplinary and meta-synthesis.So that five-dimensional flexible frame laser robot system may realization of the integration of intelligent measurement and laser processing,Through the intelligent control of neural network,it makes a research and analysis from the discrete points by adaptive measurement to the intelligent processing,and then to the generation of processing trajectory.It points out the direction of integration of measurement and processing for high-precision and complex products.It has become a new field of knowledge innovation engineering with the rapid development of high and new technology.
