摘    要:为电子发热设备的后端小型冷却系统节省设计空间,使用准0.7mm的毛细管组制造冷凝器代替传统换热器,并对其进行换热性能测试,对比传统换热器,其综合换热系数有大幅提高;同时,为了防止毛细管冷凝器制冷剂闪蒸现象,对毛细管冷凝器的过冷方法进行了研究,以进一步提高换热性能.通过理论计算结合换热实验的方式,记录数据并对比,表明使用...

Abstract:For saving the designed space of the electronic heating equipment’backend small cooling system,the Φ0.7mm capillary group is used to manufacture the condenser instead of the traditional heat exchanger,and the performance test of the exchanger is carried out.Comparing with the traditional heat exchanger,its comprehensive heat transfer coefficient is improved.At the same time,in order to prevent the flashing phenomenon of refrigerant in the condenser from happening,the subcooled method of the capillary condenser was studied to improve the heat exchange performance furtherly.Through the theoretical calculation combined with the heat transfer experiment,recording and comparing the data,which shows that the condenser with subcooled treatment made by the capillary group has good heat exchange performance,and the liquid cooling source can be miniaturized.
