Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the traditional green module partition method in the initial stage of product design generally lacks the ability to distinguish the green level of the module,a green module partition method based on chemical collision theory is proposed.Firstly,the chemical collision theory is applied to the green module partition model.In the model,the green degree matrix which characterizes the chemical reactivity of the part itself and the energy matrix establishment process which characterizes the difficulty of forming the chemical bond of the part collision are discussed.On this basis,Effective collision assessment ensures the effectiveness of the green module composition scheme.Secondly,the optimal solution of the green module partition model based on genetic algorithm is studied.Finally,the feasibility of this method is verified by taking a model of household refrigerator as an example.
