摘    要:随着MBD技术在航空复合材料构件设计当中的应用,三维模型成为产品几何与非几何信息的唯一载体,是生产制造过程中的主要依据。由于复合材料构件结构多样性以及设计表达的复杂性,仅靠设计人员经验不能保证三维模型的质量,需要建立全面的建模规范以及面向设计/制造的检查系统来实时指导和规范复合材料构件全三维建模。为了实现对复合材料构件MBD模型的质量控制,研究了基于检查模板的构件模型规范性检查技术,对复合材料构件建模过程进行了规范性分析,并设计了构件MBD模型规范化检查系统,保障了三维模型定义的规范性、完整性和工艺性。基于B/S和C/S混合模式进行了系统开发,将其应用到某航空制造企业复合材料构件建模过程,并以某复合材料构件三维模型的检查为例验证了系统的可行性。

Abstract:With the application of MBD technology in aeronautical composite component design,3D models are the only carrier of geometry and non-geometry information,which are the main basis in the manufacturing process.Because of the diversity of composite component structure and the complexity of design expression,the quality of 3D models cannot be guaranteed only by the experience of designers.It is necessary to establish a comprehensive modeling specification and design/manufacturing oriented inspection system to guide and standardize the 3D modeling of composite components in real time.In order to realize the quality control of MBD model of composite component,the technology of normative checking of component model based on checking template was studied.The normative analysis of the process of composite component modeling was carried out,and the standardized checking system of component MBD model was designed,which ensures the normative,integrity and process of the definition of 3D model.Based on B/S and C/S mixed mode,the system was developed and applied to the modeling process of composite components in an aeronautical manufacturing enterprise.The feasibility of the system was verified by the inspection of a 3D model of composite components.
