剃齿安装误差对传动特性的影响研究

摘    要:针对剃齿安装误差导致剃齿加工平稳性和齿面精度降低的问题,基于剃齿加工原理建立了含安装误差的剃齿分析模型,构造新的坐标转换,推导了含安装误差引起的补偿位移量。定量研究了剃齿安装误差对传动特性的影响规律,获取剃齿加工的传动误差和传动比曲线。并应用有限元法验证了模型和理论的正确性,为提高剃齿加工质量和效率提供理论依据。结果表明:轴交角误差对传动特性的影响比中心距误差大,实际生产中可通过轴交角误差来调整机床更有效地控制安装误差所带来的影响;随着轴交角误差绝对值增大,传动误差向负方向偏移越明显表明轴交角误差引起了较大的接触变形。

Abstract:For the problem that the shaving alignment error reduces the smoothness and accuracy of shaving processing,a shaving analysis model shaving alignment error is established based on the principle of shaving processing,a new coordinate transformation is constructed,and the compensation displacement caused by installation error is deduced.The influence of shaving installation error on transmission characteristics is studied quantitatively,and the transmission error and transmission ratio curve are obtained.The results show that:The influence of axle intersection error on transmission characteristics is larger than that of center distance error.In actual production,the influence of installation error can be controlled more effectively by adjusting axle intersection error;With the increase of the absolute value of the axle intersection error,the transmission error shifts to the negative direction,which indicates that the contact deformation caused by the axle intersection error is larger.
