摘    要:针对货车EPS系统控制精度不足及整车操纵稳定性有待提升的问题,以某轻型货车为研究对象,设计了高精度的EPS系统控制策略并分析了该系统对车辆控制稳定性的影响。建立了整车动力学模型并在特定工况下对控制策略进行仿真和分析,结果表明控制效果良好,验证了控制策略的正确性;在加入回正、阻尼控制之后,整车稳定性得到了显著提高,有效抑制了回正超调和回正不足。基于dSPACE搭建了EPS系统的快速控制原型仿真试验台,对设计的EPS系统控制策略进行了实时仿真测试试验,结果表明基本助力控制、回正控制及阻尼控制性能均达到了要求,对后续轻型货车EPS系统的进一步开发提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of insufficient control accuracy and the need to improve the handling stability of the EPS system for trucks,a high-precision control strategy of EPS system for a light truck was designed and the influence of the system on the vehicle control stability was analyzed.The vehicle dynamics model is established and the control strategy is simulated and analyzed under specific conditions.The results show that the control effect is good and the correctness of the control strategy is verified.After incorporating the return and damping control,the vehicle stability is significantly improved,and the overshoot and inadequate return are effectively suppressed.Based on dSPACE,a RCP simulation test bench of EPS system is built.Real-time simulation test is carried out for the designed control strategy of EPS system.The results show that the basic boost control,return control and damping control performance meet the requirements,which provides a reference for the further development of EPS system for light trucks.
