| 摘 要： | 本文建立了调整年龄结构的数学模型，给出了调整年龄结构的一种最优化控制方法，该方法可保证教学和科研工作的连贯性和稳定性；也可用于超编和缺编的系统，使超编和缺编问题随年龄结构的调整一并解决。
