基于EM-Plant的家具自动化生产线的仿真研究

摘    要:在激烈的市场竞争环境下,林业家具企业需要不断加强生产能力以保持企业生产的高效性,提高竞争力.本文将林业家具企业自动化生产线作为研究对象,针对家具生产管理绩效中的机台作业时间和投料速度管理问题,利用EM-Plant仿真软件作为开发平台,使用统一建模语言作为系统仿真的辅助工具.通过对仿真结果的分析发现,在相同的仿真周期内,改变机台工作时间和投料速率能够提高整条生产线的生产效率、产成品量以及在制品数量,为林业企业加强制造管理能力的提供决策支持。

Abstract:With the fierce competition,the forestry furniture enterprises have to enhance their productivity to keep the efficiency and improve the competitiveness.The production line of the furniture enterprise is the object.According to the machine processing time and the ratio of inputting the material,the object-oriented simulation software EM-Plant is used as the development platform;UML as the supportive tool for system simulation.By analyzing the result of the simulation,it is found that if the ratio of inputting the material and processing time of the machine is changed in the same period,the total output and WIP will be increased evidently.It provides the decision support for the forestry furniture enterprise to improve its product management capability.
