摘 要: | 在自制的磷镁改性ZSM-5分子筛工业催化剂上,通过大量实验与数据处理,指出,苯与乙醇合成乙苯的宏观动力学可用连串-平行反应力学规律描述,其动力学模型为:(-γ_B)=-dP_B/dt=k_1P_B~(0.5)P_(Et)~(1.07),γ_(EB)=dP_(EB)/dt=k_1P_B~(0.5)P_(Et)~(1.07)-k_2P_(EB)~(1.07),γ_(DEB)=dP_(DEB)/dt=k_2P_(EB)~(0.2)P_(Et)~(1.07)。

A Macroscopic Kinetics Model for Synthesis of Ethylbenzene from Benzene and Ethanol over ZSM-5 Zeolite Catalyst |

Abstract: | It is found that the macroscopic kinetics for ethylbenzene synthesis can be described by the law of consecutive-parallel reaction kinetics over the modified industrial PMg ZSM-5 catalyst made by the authors. The macroscopic kineties model is as follows: (-r_B)=-(dp_B)/dt=k_1p_B~(0.5)p_(Et)~(1.07) r_(EB)=(dP_(EB))/dt=k_1p_B~(0.5)p_(Et)~(1.07)-k_2p_(EB)~(0.2)P_(Et)~(1.07) r_(DEB)=(dp_(DEB))/dt=k_2p_(EB)~(0.2)p_(Et)~(1.07) |
