摘    要:集对分析是处理不确定性问题的理论,认为在一个系统中不确定性与确定性互相联系、影响、制约,并在一定条件下互相转化,用联系度来描述系统的各种不确定性,由此实现对系统的评价和决策。本文利用集对分析方法建立了评价区域水资源开发利用程度的新模型,并将其应用于西安市及其市区的水资源开发利用程度的评价中,评价结果与属性识别方法和模糊评判法相同,而且该方法更具有可操作性。

Abstract:Set pair analysis (SPA) is a theory for the treatment of indeterminate problem. It holds that with in a certain system the indeterminateness and determinateness connect, influence and restrict mutually and can mutually transform under certain conditions. It uses the contact coefficient to descnbe united various indeterminateness of the system, thus to realize the policy decision and evaluation for the system. The new model for evaluating the developmental and utilization extensions of region water resources is built up by SPA, and it is applied to evaluate developmental and utilization extensions of Xi An city and its suburbs. As a result of the new model shows that it is coherence to the result of the attnbute recognition method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and this new model is more maneuverability.
