脱硫精炼渣熔点的实验研究

摘    要:在实验室条件下进行了精炼渣熔化特性测定及钢水深脱硫的实验研究,实验表明预熔精炼渣的熔化温度明显低于机械混合渣,CaF2和MgO对精炼渣的熔点的影响与其加入量有很大关系.在其它条件基本相同的情况下,熔点低的脱硫率高.

Abstract:The melting characteristics of premelted refining slag and deep desulfurization of molten steel were studied in laboratory. The results showed that the melting temperature of premelted slag was lower than that of mechanically mixed refining slag and the effects of CaF2 and MgO on the melting point of premelted refining slag were observed. In the same conditions, the slag with lower melting point had higher desulfurization ability.
