基于西门子611A的钢管对接位置闭环控制系统

摘    要:为解决辊道上的两根钢管不能很好地实现头尾无碰撞严密对接的问题,设计了一种新的解决方案。考虑到对接过程是在钢管运动过程中完成的,是一种动态位置闭环控制问题,因此要求传动控制系统有好的跟随性和响应快速的要求。采用西门子伺服驱动系统611A,并考虑到工程应用的通用性和简单性要求,位置环使用PLC来实现,通过动态位置PI闭环算法对钢管在辊道上的无碰撞严密对接进行控制。工程应用结果证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:A control system is proposed to make sure the head of the next tube is close jointed and no collision with the tail of the last tube in the table.Considering that the joint process is achieved while tube moving so it is a dynamic position closed loop control problem.SIEMENS 611A servo control system is applied for the request of properties of good servo and quick respond of the driving system.Furthermore,in order to reduce complexity of the engineering,PLC system is used to realize the position control by the dynamic position closed PI controller.The application result shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.
