摘    要:聚酰亚胺是当前耐热等级最高的高分子材料之一,具有优良的性能,在航空航天、微电子、大规模集成电路、汽车制造业等领域具有广阔的应用前景.深入研究聚酰亚胺的合成条件和结构性能对于制备高性能的高分子材料有着重要的意义.以均苯二酐(PMDA)和4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)为单体,采用化学方法合成聚酰亚胺,利用红外光谱和紫外-可见吸收光谱对不同亚胺化温度的聚酰亚胺进行了分析研究.

Abstract:Polyimide is one of current highest heat-resisting rank macromolecule materials. It has fine performances. It has the widespread application prospect in the aerospace, micro-electron, large scale integrated circuit, auto industry and so on. The thorough research on the synthesis conditions and the stracture performance of polyimide has an important significance to synthesize high performance macromolecule materials. In this paper, using PMDA and ODA as monomers, the polyimide is synthesized, and the polyimide which is under different temperatures is studied by FTIR and UV-visible absorption
