45钢化学成分与机械性能的统计分析

摘    要:通过多元回归分析45钢(ZG310-570)的生产数据,得出控制化学成分可以使钢的机械性能得到提高,σb,σs,δ5的平均值分别比标准约提高15.2%;5.4%;16%。

Abstract:In this paper, the data of heat analysis and product mechanical properties were analyzed using multivariate regression analyses. The results show that with controlled the chemical composition, compared to standard requirements, the average tensile strength increased by 15. 2 %, yield strength by 5. 4% and elongation by 16%.
