| 摘 要： | 房地产经纪市场目前存在的问题主要有从业人员良莠不齐、经纪企业粗放经营、行业欺诈频繁等.应采取提高行业准入门槛、执行保证金制度,实行资质分级,规范合同条款,加强第三方监管等措施,以促进经纪行业健康发展.
