纳米材料改性高性能建筑结构胶的研究

摘    要:通过纳米SiO2和纳米CaCO3的组合对环氧树脂建筑结构胶进行改性,改性后的结构胶触变性能、冲击性能、粘接性能有显著改善。实验表明,含2%纳米SiO2和10%纳米CaCO3的结构胶钢-钢抗剪强度达29.3 MPa,比未改性的提高33%;触变指数为3.6,体现出很好的触变性。冲击断口的SEM照片显示,纳米二氧化硅和纳米碳酸钙诱发银纹的能力显著,是增强增韧环氧树脂的主要原因。改性后的结构胶热变形性能和碳纤维布层间剪切强度也有较大提高,证明此改性方法能制备高性能的建筑结构胶。

Abstract:Epoxy resin structural adhesive was modified by combination of nano SiO2 and nano CaCO3.Properties of modified structural adhesive such as thixotropy,impact and cementing were improved obviously.Result of experiments showed that steel-steel shear strength of structural adhesive modified by 2% nano SiO2 and 10% nano CaCO3 was 29.3 MPa that was 33% higher than unmodified one;the thixotropy index was 3.6 that was a very good thixotropy.SEM impact fracture showed that powerful microcrack induction ability of nano SiO2 and nano CaCO3 was the main reason of enhancement and toughness for epoxy resin.Heat distortion and carbon fiber cloth interlamination shear strength of modified structural adhesive was greatly improved as well which proved that the modification method can be used to prepare high performance building structural adhesive.
