可降解高分子量聚癸二酸己二醇酯的合成及表征

摘    要:以癸二酸和己二醇为原料,以十氢萘为溶荆,进行直接聚合,合成了高分子量聚癸二酸己二醇酯,产率达到96%.用FT-IR和^1H-NMR对其蛄构进行表征,GPC测得其数均分子量达到45809.DSC测得其熔点为76℃,拉伸强度为23.5MPa,断裂伸长率为935.0%。

Abstract:High molecular weight biodegradable poly(hexane-sebacate) was synthesized by direct polycondensation from sebacic acid and 1,6-hexanediol, the chemical structure was identified by FT-IR and ()~1H-NMR, the intrinsic viscosity was measured by Ubbelohde viscometer, the melting point, glass transition temperature was determined by DSC, and the tensile strength is (23.5) MPa, the elongation at break is (935.0%), in the synthesis procedure high molecular weight of product(_n=45809) was obtained with the yield of 96%.
