Study on Surface Quality Analysis Methods

Based on the classification of all surface quality analysis methods, thinking, principle and computation of every method were introduced in details. And internal relations of analysis methods based on first order differential characteristic curves were analyzed. At last, several validations about process of widely used surface quality analysis methods such as reflection lines, isophotes and highlight lines were expounded exhaustively. These methods were proved to be effective on surface quality analysis.
