铂铼重整催化剂的最佳氯含量

摘    要:以正庚烷为原料,采用加压微反-色谱装置考察了铂铼重整催化剂活性,选择性和稳定性与催化剂氯含量的关系。据此得出了CB-6、CB-7催化剂的最佳氯含量分别为1.05%和1.11%,并在中型装置上验证了所得结论。同时分析了氯的作用机理,并对重整过程中控制最佳氯含量所得的经济效益进行了估计。

Abstract:N hepatane was selected to test the influence of the catalyst chlorine contents on the basic reactions of Pt/Re reforming catalysts in a micro reactor with chromatograph system operating continuously under pressure. Knowing that the chlorine content affects on the activity, selectivity, stability and coke deposition of the samples, optimum chlorine contents for CB 6 and CB 7 were determined, which were 1.05% and 1.11% respectively. The results of micro reactor tests were confirmed in pilot plant. The mechanism of chloride affecting on the performance of the catalysts was also analyzed. Economic profit that could be obtained through controlling optimum chlorine content was estimated.
