摘    要:本文就TCS纺丝工艺中管段各参量,包括管内气流的流量,径向速度分布,温度梯度分布以及气流对纤维的剪切力(即表皮摩擦力)和纤维沿管长的温度梯度分布等作了比较详细的理论推导,确立了各参量间的定量关系式。以此为基础,再结合常规高速纺的基本方程,建立了一个数学模型。在尽量接近工业实际的情况下对运行纤维在热管内的变化过程作了模拟计算。

ANALOGUE COMPUTATION OF THE VARIOUS PARAMETERS IN THE THERMAL CHANNEL IN TCS PROCESS
Abstract:In the thermal channel in TCS process, the various parameters, including throughput radial velocity distribution、temperature gradient distribution of air flow caused by quick running continuous filaments and the shear force on the surface of fibers(namely skin friction force) and the temperature gradient distribution of the fibers along the axis of the thermal channel,etc. are inquired and derived theoretically in this paper. Meanwhile, the quantitative relationships of the various parameters are determined. A mathematical model is established on the bases of the above and the basic equations of regular high-speed melt spinning. Analogue computation of the various parameters in the thermal channel in TCS process of PET melts is carried out as close to the industrial practice as possible.
