| 摘 要： | 塑料齿轮的制造材料以使用聚甲醛（POM）为最佳选择，结合工程实际应用，阐述设计过程、制造质量、使用环境等方面的因素对聚甲醛工程塑料齿轮使用寿命的影响以及对策，重点说明了塑料成型工艺过程中关键参数的选择，及其对齿轮寿命的影响和解决办法。

| Abstract: | POM is the best choice in plastics gear's manufacturing material. According to the application of the engineering, this article elaborates the factors, which influence Para formaldehyde engineering plastics gear's service life and how to resolve it by designing course, manufacturing quality and the using environment. Meanwhile, the article emphasizes the key parameter of plastic shaping course and its influence on gear's life and how to resolve it. |
