EPDM/PP共混物老化性能的研究

研究了三元乙丙橡胶改性聚丙炮共混物的性能，探讨了不同含量的ＥＰＤＭ对共混物的力学性能，热性能、流变性能的影响，还探讨了不同品种，不同含量的抗氧剂对共混物耐老性影响。

Study of Ageing Characteristics of EPDM/PP

tudies of the characteristics of PP modified by EPDM were made,the effects of EPDM content on the mechanical properties,thermal and rheological properties of EPDM/PP,as well as the effects of different types and contents of antioxidants on the ageing properties of the blend,were studied.After the modification by EPDM ,the tensile strength of PP decreased,but the impact strength and elongation at break of PP increased.The heat resistance and melting point of PP decreased with the increase of EPDM content,resulting in increasing of melt viscosity and pseudoplasticity.The use of antioxidant improved obviously the ageing resistance of the blend,especially when main and auxiliary antioxidants were used synergisticly,resuslting in a preparation of PP blend which could stand against high temperature for a long time.
