Y_2O_3-MgO共稳定ZrO_2的相研究

摘    要:通过化学组成和相含量设计,采用湿混法制备了MgO和Y2O3共同稳定ZrO2粉末,在不同的温度下烧结,获得了室温下单斜相和四方相含量不同的烧结样品,用X射线峰宽化法测定并计算了粒子尺寸。结果表明:随着Y2O3含量的增加,单斜相含量降低,四方相含量增加。温度对相含量的影响较小,而晶粒尺寸受Y2O3和温度的影响并不明显。

Abstract:The ZrO2-Y2O3-MgO powder is prepared by wet-mixing after designing the composition and phase content. Sintered sample which has different amount of monoclinic and tetragonal phase at room temperature is obtained at different sintering temperature. The grain size is investigated by X-ray pattern. The result shows that the content of monoclinic ZrO2 is increased and the content of tetragonal ZrO2 is decreased with the addition of Y2O3. The sintering temperature has little influence on the phase transformation. Meanwhile the sintering temperature and the Y2O3 content have little influence upon the grain size.
