PUSHING FORWARD TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION IN METALLURGICAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURE AND REPAIR SECTOR BY WAY OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Technological innovation is of vital importance to the existence and development of an enterprise in the fierce market competition and the intellectual property right constitutes part of the technological innovation work of an enterprise. Without the intellectual property right system the technological invention and innovation of an enterprise can hardly be protected effectively and thereby great capital investment in the technological innovation of an enterprise will be lost once their developed products are imitated. The present paper describes the current status of the intellectual property rights in the metallurgical equipment manufacture and repair enterprises and the relationship between the intellectual property right and technological innovation and puts forward a few recommendations to improve the work of the intellectual property rights.
