摘    要:四川某铁矿石铁矿物主要以鲕状赤、褐铁矿形式存在,磷含量达0.604%,属于高磷鲕状难选铁矿石,采用常规机械选矿方法难以获得令人满意的选别指标。试验采用还原焙烧-弱磁选-反浮选工艺流程处理该矿石,获得了铁品位为60.92%、磷含量为0.225%的铁精矿,并使铁的回收率达到72.74%,解决了该铁矿资源铁品位低、含磷量高而难以利用的问题。

Abstract:The iron minerals in a Sichuan iron ore occur mainly in form of oolitic hematite and limonite.With a phosphorus content of 0.604%,the ore belongs to high phosphorous refractory ore, and can not be satisfactorily processed by conventional mechanical beneficiation method.In the test, a process consisting of reduction roasting, low intensity magnetic separation and reverse flotation was used for this ore, obtaining an iron concentrate containing 60.92% iron and 0.225% phosphorus at an iron recovery of 72.74%, thus solving the difficult utilization problem of this ore due to its low iron grade and high phosphorus content.
