长庆陇东地区钻井废液无害化处理技术研究

摘    要:针对2002~2003年长庆油田陇东地区钻井废液,在钻井废液水质分析基础上,进行了破胶剂、破胶助剂和脱色剂等化学处理剂的优选及实验研究,优选出了FeCl3、ZNJ-1、YW-1等处理剂及配方,并建立了可操作的现场处理工艺流程.通过现场中试,钻井废液物理化学强化破胶、助凝后,固液分离效果较好,分离出的固相成团,易清除和回填;分离出的污水经化学混凝脱色处理,水质清澈,符合GB 8978-1996污水综合排放二级标准.相比固相含量高、排放量少的油田所采用的固化处理方法更科学、更经济,填补了采用化学方法无害化处理钻井废液的国内该项技术的空白,具有良好的开发应用前景.

Abstract:Based on water quality analysis of waste drilling fluids from Longdong area in Changqing oilfield, treating agents such as gel breaker and decolorant were screened. As a result, FeCl3, ZNJ-1 and YW-1 and other agents were selected to form an optimized formulation, and associated operational field treating process flow was also proposed. In field trial, the waste drilling fluid was separated thoroughly after physical-chemical enhanced gel breaking and concreting operation. The solids-came into cake shape, which is easy to remove or refill, while the water separated appeared clean after chemical discoloring, which is answer for waste water effluent standard GB 8978-1996. Comparing with solidification treatment adopted by other oilfields to dispose waste drilling fluid of high solid content and large discharge volume, this technology is more scientific and more economical.
