| 摘 要： | 采用微波消解石墨炉原子吸收法测定螺旋藻粉中Pb、Cd。方法的检出限Pb：0．93μg／L，Cd：0．015μg／L，回收率96—108％，RSD小于7．3％。结果表明该方法准确、快速、令人满意。

| Abstract: | Pb and Cd in spirulina powder were determined by GFAAS with microwave digestion.The detection limits for Pb and Cd are 0.93μg/L and 0.015μg/L respectively,The recoveries for Pb and Cd are between 96% and 108%,and the relative standard deviations are under 7.3%.In a word the method is accurate,rapid and convenient. |
