溪洛渡拱肩槽开挖质量控制与监测反馈

摘    要:溪洛渡双曲拱坝最大坝高278 m,坝肩槽开挖高差大,爆破振动要求严、地质条件复杂,边坡面开挖难度大,因此对开挖质量要求很高。在分析影响坝肩开挖质量因素的基础上,总结分析了坝肩槽开挖时的质量控制措施,介绍了以爆破振动、多点位移、锚杆应力、锚索测力等监测数据为基础的实时监控系统以及建基面的检查验收结果,总结了溪洛渡拱肩槽精细化开挖技术,可为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:With the height of 278 m,Xiluodu hyperbolic arch dam has such characteristics as the huge excavation depth of its abutment groove,strict requirements of blast vibration and complex geological conditions,which would bring the high demand for excavation quality and much trouble in excavation.In this paper,the real time supervisory system is introduced based on the monitoring data such as blast vibration,multiple point displacement,bolt stress,anchor rope force,etc.The inspected results show the great achievement in excavation.The elaborate excavation technology for Xiluodu arch dam's abutment groove is summarized,which could provide references for similar projects.
