| 摘 要： | 长期以来在历史街区更新的规划设计与管理中,许多规划人员错误地追求“理性”的城市空间形态和统一的视觉空间秩序。历史街区改造过程中应保持和发展城市历史街区多样性,并采取小而灵活的规划办法和新旧街区整体互动的开发模式。

| Abstract: | Many planners have been mistakenly pur-suing a"sensible"state of urban space and uniformvisual space in the planning and design for the reno-vation of historical street blocks.The diversity of his-torical street blocks should be maintained and devel-oped in the course of reconstruction.In addition,smalland flexible planning method as well as the develop-ment pattern of interaction between new and oldstreet blocks should also be adopted.[ |
