变焦系统凸轮的优化设计及有限元分析

摘    要:介绍了凸轮的运动基本形式、光学连续变焦系统的工作原理以及光路计算过程。利用UG三维设计软件,对凸轮的轮廓进行了三维设计,并对设计凸轮的结构进行了有限元分析,准确还原了连续变焦系统中补偿镜组和变倍镜组透镜的运动规律,提高了变焦系统凸轮结构的设计精度。

Abstract:The paper introduced the basic form of the motion of the cam, the optical zoom system working principle and the optical path calculation process. It used UG 3D design software as tool to design the cam contour, and got finite element analysis on the structure of cam, and accurately restored the law of motion of the continuous zoom optical system in the zoom group, at the same time improved the design precision of cam contour.
