摘    要:精密薄壁腔体零件的加工周期长,加工难度大,如果对零件有气密性要求,则加工难度更大。若成品的气密性达不到要求,就会成为废品,严重影响产品的研制进度。对产品的气密性要求是武器装备的重要参数,是保证武器装备性能的重要战术指标。针对公司某精确制导关键件精密薄壁本体的加工制作,通过采取一系列工艺措施,达到了避免螺纹孔透孔现象的重复发生、提高零件加工质量和加工效率、缩短生产周期的目的。

Abstract:Precision thin-walled parts have the characters like long machining period and hard machining, if there are requirements for seal quality, the machining will be harder. The parts will become production rejects if the seal quality can not meet the requirements, which affects hardly researching process. It is the important parameter that seal requirement, it is also the important tactical index ensuring property of weaponry. Focus on process research on precision guiding key parts precision thin-walled bodies of a company, through a series of technics, reached the goals of forbidding tap hole through hole, improving machining quality and machining efficiency of parts, and reducing manufacturing period.
