摘    要:为了兼顾薄壁轴承套内外壁缺陷的检测,设计了一种特殊的超声波换能器。该换能器楔块采用外注耦合剂方式,布置了压电晶片排列位置,确定了晶片大小。实现了对薄壁轴承套内外壁缺陷的超声波检测,并有望应用于相关产品的在线检测。

Abstract:A special ultrasonic transducer was designed to detect both inner and outer defects on thin wall bearing carriage. The couplant was injected through a hole in the wedge, the location and size of the piezoelectric crystal plate were calculated. Testing of the flaw on the inner or outer surface of the bearing carriage showed that it worked effectively, and it could be used in the online testing of the similar products.
