基于准柔性制造系统的车间生产计划和调度方法

准柔性制造系统(P—FMS)由人工参与完成物流、加工和信息流．基于P—FMS的车间生产计划和调度方法，将零件的生产任务分配给特定班组，班组按计划规定输入每道工序完成的信息，供后续工序进行实时调度．零件的加工工序由小组协调，需协作的工艺由小组调度会同其它调度按工艺情况协商，需送加工中心的零件由加工中心小组调度安排．录入的生产信息或执行数据，按车间要求生成生产执行情况和工人生产活动等相关报表，以便车间领导和计划调度及时了解生产执行情况，进行车间的生产的调度和安排．

Method for Production-Plan and Scheduling of Workshop Based on Pseudo-Flexible Manufacturing System

Pseudo-flexible manufacturing systems (P-FMS) combined manual work can realize the managements for materials circulation, machining and information circulation. The method for production-plan and scheduling of workshop based on P-FMS was presented. Production task of parts is assigned to specified teams and groups, teams and groups imports machining information of each working procedure on planned ordain, easy to call real-time for follow-up working procedure. Teams and groups arrange machining working procedure, needed synergic working procedure is arranged after scheduler negotiated with other one on it. The machining working procedure of parts that want to machine in machining center is arranged by scheduler of the center. According as type-in production information and data, correlative report forms of executive thing and production activity was created by requirement of workshop. Convenient for the leader and planned scheduler know machining thing in the time, arrange production-plan and scheduling.
