水布垭面板坝智能土石方调配系统研究

摘    要:由于水布垭面板坝的土石方开挖量超过2 000万方,填筑量超过1 560万方,土石方调配问题关系到整个工程的进展和技术经济效益,为此分析 了水布垭面板坝土石方调配的特点,并根据数学模型,对水布垭面板坝智能土石方调配系统
进行了功能分析和系统设计。计算机仿真结果表明,该系统具有很好的实用性和可操作性, 响应时间约0.5~1 s,优于传统土石方调配结果。

Abstract:Total excavation volume of Shuibuya Project exceeds 20 million cubic meters and total filling volume of the dam is more than 15.60 million cubic meters. Its whole process and technic-economic benefit are considerably influenced by the earth-rock volumes allocation problem. Through analyzing the features of earth-rock volumes allocation of Shuibuya Project, an intelligent earth-rock volume allocation system was developed to model earth-rock allocation in construction. The results of computer simulation are technically feasible and better than those of traditional ways, and the response time of the database system is about 0.5 1.0 second.
