| 摘 要： | 结合工程实例,从温差应力、结构体型突变、伸缩缝、负筋下沉等方面分析了住宅现浇楼板裂缝产生的原因,并从设计、施工及材料几方面提出了裂缝的防治措施,以保证住宅楼的正常安全使用。

| Abstract: | Combined with practical work, from temperature stress, discontinuous change oi structure, expansion joint, subsidence of native reinforcement and other aspects reasons caused the cracks in spot-cast concrete floor-slab of houses are analyzed; at the same time corresponding prevention and treatment measures are proposed from design, construction, material and other aspects in order to ensure .safe service of houses. |
